Peter Follows co-founded Carpedia International in 1994 and brings over 30 years of experience to his role as CEO of the firm.

Carpedia has worked with over 1,000 clients in a wide range of industries. Clients have included many well known and highly regarded organizations such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, H.J. Heinz, Hilton, DHL, Delta Airlines, and Yale New Haven Health. Over 90% of the firm’s engagements have resulted in improved financial and operating performance.

Peter provides the firm’s overall strategic direction and has consulted with organizations in industries throughout North America and Europe. He has been a board member for several public and private organizations.

Peter is a former member of the Canadian Men’s National Lacrosse team and was an NCAA Division 1 athlete in both hockey and lacrosse at Harvard. He is the proud father of two sons and currently resides in Toronto.
